Are BuckLabs products intended for human consumption?+
No. All BuckLabs products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
What purity standards do you maintain?+
Every peptide is HPLC-verified at 99% or higher purity. Mass spectrometry confirmation is performed independently. Certificates of analysis are available per lot.
How are products shipped?+
Compounds are lyophilized, sealed in tamper-evident vials, and shipped via tracked, discreet packaging. We use cold-chain logistics where appropriate.
How long does delivery take?+
Domestic orders typically ship within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. International transit times vary by destination.
What payment methods do you accept?+

Do you accept returns?+
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
